At Casale we get from our olive trees, one of the best olive oil of all Sicily. We named it Aurum for its gold colour. The oil is marked by the fact that is extremely light and for its taste that remembers rosemary and honey.

Marmalades
At Casale we also produce exceptional lemon and orange marmalades following very old recipes that are handed down from father to son.

Wild boar sausages.
At Casale we make delicious wild boar sausages and bacons.

Season fresh fruit, cottage cheese made of skim milk, dried tomatoes and aubergines. At Casale you can taste the most authentic and genuine flavours of Sicily.
